My saved affirmations
A moment with God
Take a quiet minute. Read it slowly, in your own time.
Dear Almighty God,
You are a great God.
I was made for a purpose. As Your Word says, before I was formed in my mother’s womb, You knew me. Your Word also says that children are an heritage of the Lord, and the fruit of the womb is Your reward.
Lord, keep Your hands upon me so that no evil will harm me. Cover my mind and protect me as I travel along life’s journey.
Let my life be an example of goodness. Help me to overcome each day with courage and determination.
Give me a spirit of resilience, a heart filled with gratitude, and an open mind to learn new things each day.
Help me to become a valuable and valued member of every place You position me. Teach me to show empathy, kindness, and understanding wherever they are needed.
Thank You for Your many blessings. May Your divine will and purpose be fulfilled in my life.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
How are you landing today?
Pick the one that is closest. There is no wrong answer. This is a pause, not a test, and nothing is stored.
One-minute reset
Breathe in for 4, hold for 2, breathe out for 6. Four rounds. Shoulders down, eyes soft.
What would you do?
Real moments from school, group chats and friend circles. Pick a move and see how it plays out. Then learn how to start the conversation in real life.
Starting the hard conversation
Sometimes the hardest part is the first sentence. Borrow one.
Build your dream ladder
Big dreams get done in small steps. Fill it in and the ladder builds as you type.
Get help now
You do not have to face everything alone.
If you are struggling with bullying, violence, peer pressure, family problems, difficult feelings or an unsafe relationship, speak to a trusted adult. This could be a parent or guardian, principal, teacher, guidance counsellor, health professional or another responsible adult who can help you stay safe.
In immediate danger?
Call 119 for police or 110 for an ambulance, or tell an adult near you right now.
Numbers were checked in October 2026 against a Ministry of Health and Wellness helpline listing and a Child Protection and Family Services Agency announcement. CEET should re-check them before each school term. Calling and texting links may not work on every device, so the numbers are shown in full.
Who counts as a trusted adult?
A parent or guardian, a teacher or guidance counsellor, a pastor or youth leader, a coach, or an older relative. If the first person does not listen, try another. Keep going until someone does.
Schools, churches & parents
Bring CEET to a school, church or youth group, or get five questions to start a real conversation at home.

Five questions to ask your teen
What was the best and the hardest part of your day?
Ask it at the same time most days, such as in the car or while cooking. Listen first. Resist fixing it right away.
Who do you feel you can talk to when things get heavy?
If they name someone, thank them. If they cannot, offer yourself and one other adult you trust.
What do you see online that bothers you?
Ask out of curiosity, not to punish. Teens who fear losing their phone stop telling you things.
What is one thing you are proud of lately?
Name a strength you see in them too. Specific praise lands deeper than general praise.
What is one dream you have that I should know about?
Point them to the Dream Ladder here and offer to be the person who backs them.
